Manage multiple interactions with various types of merchants at once by maintaining a clear and personalized interaction

Effectively communicate with support teams within Slack, sharing context and collaborating with colleagues to find solutions for our merchants

Driving impact within Support by storyboarding, hosting, editing and sharing weekly educational, training videos for Support Advisors to assist them with their merchant growth conversations
