Roles & Responsibilities

Support Advisor (Global), Shopify Inc., Ottawa, ON — Apr. 2021 - present


  • Passionately support internationally, localized Shopify merchants while tailoring the solution to their specific needs as the platform consistently updates

  • Manage multiple interactions with various types of merchants at once by maintaining a clear and personalized interaction  

  • Effectively communicate with support teams within Slack, sharing context and collaborating with colleagues to find solutions for our merchants

  • Driving impact within Support by storyboarding, hosting, editing and sharing weekly educational, training videos for Support Advisors to assist them with their merchant growth conversations

  • Team Contact (TC) when Team Lead is absent

  • Mentor and train new Advisors on the role and share best practices when in live interactions with merchants

  • Produced content with TikTok Team (Video 1) (Video 2)
